Step 1

Breathing tests

Discover three essential breathing tests designed to assess your own and your clients' respiratory health while effectively tracking progress. One test was developed in 1975 for medical evaluation, another is used by freedivers to measure CO2 tolerance, and a third assesses vital capacity.

Step 2

Functional Breathing

Master the essentials of functional breathing and its science. We’ll explore topics such as mouth taping, nose vs. mouth, belly breathing vs. diaphragmatic breathing, and the importance of breathing less, rather than more, to improve oxygenation.

Step 3

Control the Nervous System

Discover six powerful techniques, each tailored to specific situations to influence your nervous system. Learn how to stop a panic attack, reduce stress and anxiety, fall asleep, balance the nervous system, and enhance long-term breathing health.

Step 4

CO2 Tolerance

Discover the role of CO2 tolerance in improving respiratory health, and master five sequential techniques to enhance breathing efficiency.

How to Guide Breathwork

Key considerations for guiding breathwork and selecting the right practices to achieve your desired outcome.
